Designed to be positioned directly in the path of travel, this highly visible portable station alerts employees, contractors and visitors that lockout procedures are in effect while also keeping essential lockout equipment readily available at the job site.
One side incorporates a complete lockout station with storage for safety locks, lockout hasps and lockout tags, along with reusable dry-erase areas for recording job-specific information such as equipment identification, authorized personnel, work status and expected completion. The reverse side provides a large-format DANGER warning that can be positioned toward approaching personnel to help discourage unauthorized access or operation of equipment while servicing is underway.
