Since a wide variety of surfaces exist, INCOM accepts no liability for any damage to items this product is applied to. This product has a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. INCOM MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Damages to surfaces resulting from the application of this product are not covered by warranty. Original receipt required to validate warranty and all claims are subject to approval by INCOM. INCOM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. INCOM’s liability with respect to a claim for any damages arising out of or connected with the manufacture, sale, use, or performance of this product will be limited to replacement of this product only. Purchasers should independently determine the suitability of this material for the specific purpose prior to use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
